How to Nominate (Step by Step)

1. Choose a Category

Select the category that best matches your hero’s contribution.

2. Gather Evidence

Include achievements, impact examples, outcomes and testimonials.

3. Complete the Form

Provide accurate nominee details and concise supporting information.

4. Submit Before Deadline

Send your nomination by 30 June 2026.

5. Receive Confirmation

You will receive an email acknowledgement after submission.

6. Await Shortlist

Shortlist notifications will be issued by 31 August 2026.
